Dutch language option

Hi, is there a possibility to give the website a Dutch language option? I would very much like to help if this is the case. A lot of dutch programmers can help themselves in English, but for comprehension there is still improvement to be found when reading in the native language. It would make this site the definitive place for design patterns for dutchies. Last I checked there are 24 million native dutch speakers.
