Divergent change and Shotgun Surgery examples.

Hi, I'm following the guide on Refactoring step by step little by little. I recently read the topic on Divergent change and Shotgun Surgery code smells. The first examples on both of them are just the oposite operation. I understand that they apply depending on the smell of your code but it's a bit confusing looking the same exact code exchange symetrical.

I suggest a bit more In depth explanation on the difference since they are shown together on the guide. It's good to keep explanations simple but... not too much in this case.
