Sad Emoji Removal

When "Problems" is mentioned its accompanied with a sad emoji 😞.

Problems are something to be deciphered, they should be associated with a thoughtful🤔 or curious🦝 emoji.

This should invoke problem-solving thoughts - rather than, eurghh these Design Pattern Problems are awfully sad.
